Many rooms have double east/west exposures and all have excellent light. Both bedrooms are en suite. Those who need to follow business even while on vacation will find a fibre optic WiFi connection and a printer at the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron.
The apartment has the use of a parking space in the palazzo’s private underground garage and access to the garage is free for handicapped permit holders. For others, permits can be arranged for a fee. Restored to a high standard with custom terrazzo floors and marble-fitted bathrooms, the apartment has central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine on site.
