This unit comes with 2 parking passes. One space is marked with the unit number, and there is plenty of unmarked guest parking. Parking passes must be in vehicle at all times. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to tow at owner’s expense.

Upon check-out, please leave all wristbands and parking pass inside the unit. A fee of $50 each will be charged for missing or damaged wristbands or parking passes.
