If you need to add pool heating during the winter season (Nov to Apr), it’s optional at $30/day or $199/wk. If you intend to use BBQ, it’s $45 for cleaning (mandatory) and $55 for pre-filled propane (optional, you can choose to get your own propane from the nearby supermarket). Please contact me as soon as you make your online booking to give me instructions on whether you need to add pool heating or BBQ services. These features can not be turned on or off on your occupancy date or during your stay… No other fees from the owner’s perspective. The resort charges $20/car for the whole duration. Up to 6 cars max.

Travel about one mile from the house and you’ll find a large Shopping Center on US 192 with a supermarket, a walk-in medical clinic, drug stores and many restaurants & franchises i.e. Outback Steak House and Carrabba’s. We feel it’s the absolute best location outside of Disney.
