Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are smart TV’s in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking “nearby ” security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location.
