Layout – The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There’s also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.

Washer and Dryer – Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.

Barbecue Grill – On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.

Fire Pit – There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.

Backyard Patio – We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it’s original position.

For your entertainment – There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Playground – There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There’s also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.

Driving Distance – Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.
