From the dining area, you can step down into the extra large and bright family room, where you can access the attractively landscaped backyard . The living room fireplace creates a lovely evening ambiance on cool summer nights. The master bedroom with king sized bed has patio doors that open to the peaceful garden and sounds of the Monterey Bay nearby.

A short walk takes you directly to the stairs of Mitchell’s Cove Beach. This vacation home is 1.5 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk – the West Coast’s last remaining seaside amusement park. An even shorter distance away is the Surfing Museum, well-respected surf spot called Steamers Lane, Lighthouse Point and Natural Bridges State Park. Downtown Pacific Street is just a short ride away, where restaurants and nightlife abound.
