The Space:
With three bedrooms and two pullout couches, there’s room for everyone! Cook for all your friends and family in the updated kitchen with new appliances or out on the grill on the back patio (weather permitting). Park your cars in the driveway or in the garage (great in the winter!). With a living room and Smart TV upstairs and downstairs there’s room to spread out if needed as well.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house and garage during their stay. Guests will access the house via smart lock on the front door.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the heart of North Fargo, two blocks from the Fargodome and Fargo North High School. NDSU is about 4 blocks away. One block away is a strip mall with plenty of restaurants, bars, liquor store, etc. The closest grocery store is Hornbacher’s on Broadway. Downtown Fargo is an easy drive or Uber away.

Getting Around:
There’s plenty of room for your cars in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There is public transit that passes near the house (search “matbus”) and bike shares available on the North Dakota State University campus.
