And when you want to simply relax and not venture too far, head for the resort’s shared indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, saunas, library, game room, and basketball court.

When you’re ready to unwind for the evening, head inside where you’ll find a spacious living room adorned with bright pops of blue, soft seating, and a large TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances you need to whip up culinary creations – when you can resist the urge of dining out! Dine together at the formal dining table or alfresco on the water view balcony.

Each of the bedrooms has been lovingly decorated with coastal-themed decor and offers cool air thanks to the condo’s central air-conditioning.

End your evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over the ocean, with your drink of choice in hand, your loved ones by your side, and sweet memories replaying in your mind.

Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
