Our villa is decorated, furnished and maintained to high standards. We have a private screened pool (allowing the sunshine in, whilst keeping bugs out) with a shallow ‘kiddies’ pool attached. This overlooks the lake (fishing permitted). BBQ & patio furniture provided. Internet access and games room with ping pong/table tennis, pool table, and darts. Off street parking for 2 cars. The villa is located on the Eagle Pointe South community, just south of Hwy 192 and within 12-20 minutes drive of all the main attractions. The East and West coastlines are about a 90 minute drive away, as is the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral. There are more than 15 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, and an equestrian centre is just a few minutes away.
