Fantastic vacation home. Central to the parks. Clean and comfortable. Large side yard in addition to the pool.
This is located right in the middle of the major parks. It’s within about 15 mins from Disney, 28 mins to Universal, and 26 mins to Sea World. Not to mention about a dozen other parks.
Two Master bedrooms with attached bathrooms! Great place to stay.
Whole home to yourselves.
I have an excellent property manager who lives close. His name is David.
I recommend a rental car or Uber/Lyft. The rental cars are very reasonably priced in the area.
The pool heating is $25 per day to cover the costs (standard for the area). If you’d like it please let me or David know.
Small trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet.
