Our luxurious 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of the central lake within the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and only 5 minutes from the many shops and restaurants on Highway 192.

Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away.
The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two twin bedded rooms upstairs which share a bathroom.

The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bed) room.

The Family room has a 75″ large screen TV with Netflix and apps for UK and USA television streams. Beautifully furnished throughout, with ample space, a full equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, range, washer and dryer, towels, linens etc.

This is a non-smoking and pet free home. The garage has been converted into a games room.
