Part of the Phoenix Orange Beach Condominiums, you’ll be only a few steps from fine, sugar-white sands and gentle waves. Sunbathe or splash with the kids to your heart’s content, or grab your fishing rod and head to Gulf State Park less than two miles west.

Cool off in the shared pool back at the building, or end the day with a soak in the hot tub. Once you’ve dried off, head up to your private balcony for a spectacular ocean view. Breathe in the fresh ocean air and snap a photo to share via the free WiFi, or unwind with your favorite TV show. You’re right across the street from plenty of restaurants, but if you’d prefer to make your own meals, the cozy kitchen has all the essential appliances.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA’s parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
