Within a short drive to several world class ski resorts, Gold Medal fishing waters in the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers, golfing, biking and hiking trails, it is ideal for a family vacation or an adventurous mountain getaway!

THE SPACE
The updated kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with butcher block countertops and new cabinetry. Enjoy dining in the bright eat-in kitchen or outdoors on the private patio during warmer months. Start your days with a cup of coffee or tea on the comfortable patio and afternoons relaxing with a favorite book. In the living room, there is space for the whole family to unwind after a long day exploring Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley!

The upper level has three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds, and the third is a bunk room with a twin over a full bed, perfect for kids or adults!

Though this home does not have air conditioning, it has an evaporative cooler and fans for your comfort.

Dog friendly, limit of 2 dogs. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE. Must be crated when left alone. Please request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival.

During winter months, an all wheel drive or 4×4 vehicle is highly recommended due to the steep driveway.
