The excitement of skiing is just outside your door, as this condo sits a few steps from the Snowflake Lift and the Four O’Clock Ski Run. The rest of Breckenridge Ski Resort is about two miles away, home to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. Breckenridge Nordic Center is less than two miles away, offering cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and a free hiking trail in the warmer months.

In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and so much more. The condo is also just one mile from Main Street, which is lined with excellent restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. Bringing your kids along? Be sure to visit the Breckenridge Fairy Forest, a nearby hiking area and ongoing art project designed to delight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
