The master bedroom has views of Long Pond.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: queen (also with a 32″ TV), double, and one with a twin bed and a bunk bed (2 twins), and a full bath. All three upstairs bedrooms have views of Long Pond.

There is a finished basement with a family room with a 55″ TV with blu-ray disk player and Roku player, a game room with a mini pool table, a full bath with shower. The laundry room is also on this floor. Double French doors open to a stone patio with a fire pit.

Head down to the private dock and enjoy a swim or paddle and discover the quiet side of Long Pond. A canoe, four kayaks, a row boat and a pedal boat are all available for your enjoyment. If you don’t feel like swimming or boating, the dock is also great for sunbathing, reading, fishing, or just enjoying the view of the lake with Cadillac, Sargent, Beech, Mansell and Bernard Mountains in the background. You can also enjoy the loons and ducks that swim by every day, and on occasion you’ll see great blue herons and bald eagles. On clear nights, the dock is a great place for stargazing — see the Milky Way in all its glory.
