Association beach, dock (for fishing), pools (kiddie & adult), tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground. Very family friendly home with a game room that includes pool table, foosball, and air hockey. Outside – firepit with eight chairs, hammock, charcoal grill, small propane grill (Weber Q)

Attitash Mountain – 45 Minutes
Black Mountain – 45 Minutes
Sunday River Resort – 50 Minutes
Notes: I usually only rent to people who I have spoken with on the phone to verify their information and answer any questions you may have. Most summer rentals are weekly only. Renter must sign a rental contract to complete their reservation.
House Cleaning $175 per stay.
Renters are required to bring their own linens – sheets, bath, and kitchen towels. Comforters, blankets, pillows are provided.

This was amazing cabin. It is very cozy . Bed very comfortable, backyard was amazing looking out the horses and deers. Everything was amazing this place is definitely a must do for a get away. . Thank you for a great spring break!!

Although a short drive from Custer it afforded a quiet restful stay away from all the noise. Cabin was perfect for us.
