NOTE: Private river access requires walking steep downhill trail to shaded area. Travel at your own risk. Very secluded and worth the walk. Path posted No Trespassing….for our guests only.
IMPORTANT FOR FISHING: We recommend the TVA Lake Info app for your phone. You can check daily water release schedule from South Holston Dam (10 miles upriver). Water release will take approx 3 hours to arrive in area in front of rental house. Between water releases, the river can be waded for fishing. We recommend children are always accompanied by an adult when at the river.
