Floating dock has a newly added swim ladder for the 2025 rental season. Corn Hole, 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles are included in your rental fees for your enjoyment. The home has 3 bedrooms each with an attached full bathroom and outside access to either the upper or lower deck. The upper has a gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining and 2 loungers for relaxing or napping in the shade. The lower deck boasts a swing and table and chairs. We take pride in keeping the home clean and everything in working order. All furnishing are in nearly new condition and specifically selected for your comfort. The owner takes pride in landscaping but does ask renters avoid parking on the grass due to the sprinkler system. A driveways with a double parking and turn around area is available for your convivence.
