Within a short drive of the home, you’ll find North Bay Park which has a basketball court and a waterfront for kayaking and fishing. You’ll also find multiple dining and bar options for guests. Between May and September, the local Ocean Shores Farmers Market offers locally sourced food and goods.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are a number of active surveillance cameras on-site. There are three cameras on the first level. One on the far left side of the building. One on the far right side of the building. And one in the middle facing the front of the building and the parking lot. There are also three more cameras upstairs. One on each side of the building and one in the middle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
