Park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.We only book within a Saturday-to-Saturday week. 4 nights minimum required.During Peak Summer Season, (June and July) we rent only 7-night stays Saturday to Saturday.This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. It is not rented to anyone under the age of 25. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath on the 8th floor of the West Tower. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guest total. For the comfort of our guest, maximum of 5 adults.Complimentary Beach Chairs, one set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included with rental (March -October) Additional portable beach chairs available in unit for your use. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area that seats 6.The master and second bedroom comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each bedroom offering king bed and wall-mounted flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is a bunk room ideal for children with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and double on bottom. The Bunk room is a separate room with a door but does not have a closet. The bunk room does have its own TV.
