HOUSE RULES:
Due to the private and upscale nature of our property, we ask our guests to please respect our booking requirements, which include:
– Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement prior to the date of check-in. Our standard Rental Agreement is provided by VRBO to review upon booking.
– No parties or events.
– No pets allowed.
– Commercial or business use of the property (including filming/photography) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the property owner.
– No subletting or wholesaling.
– Guests must be 25 years or older to book. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party.
– Minimum nightly stay: 5 nights
– Maximum occupancy is 12 adults
– This is a non-smoking property. No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted, including outdoors. Guests will be charged an extra fee if there is any evidence of smoking.
– No more than 4 vehicles allowed. No trailers or RVs. Vehicles must be parked under the carport. Street parking in the area is strictly prohibited.
– In addition to our cleaning fee, VRBO fees, and taxes, we also require a security deposit for all reservations.

*Disclosure: Like most vacation rentals and hotels, we have security cameras surrounding the exterior of our property. The purpose of the cameras is for the protection of our guests and property. We do not have any cameras on the inside of our home.*
