Trash Pick-up is Included and picked up every Wednesday.

No smoking is allowed.
Must be 25 years old to book.
Electricity, lighting, lakewater hose, and wifi at the dock.
The boat lift is not available to guests due to insurance reasons.
The floating dock is 28 feet long with 4 cleats.
Water depth is approximately 8-9 feet at the end of the floating dock when full pond.
The home has 5 exterior security cameras for use in off-season months.
There is a 500 ft walk from the house to the dock stairs down a steep hill. While walking is completely possible you are allowed to drive a 4×4 or FWD vehicle down the gravel drive.
Hales Ford public boat ramp is 13 minutes from the house by car and 5 minutes by boat.
A Weber Spirit II propane grill with an extra tank is provided for use.
