You MUST message BEFORE booking with a pet . $100 pet fee one dog MAX WITH PRE APPROVAL ONLY . No children under 12. Please note It is a top floor DUPLEX and these properties are extremely popular so chances are the below unit will be rented as well . You will be climbing a tall staircase . Beds are generally set up as 2 kings – if you need a second king or two twins please request when booking it when you receive entry info .
Total separate entrances so no shared spaces.If you can’t be respectful with noise issues etc to others please DO NOT BOOK This is NOT a party property – 4 max adults at any time per city code . We will lose our license if this rule is broken so it is strictly enforced .

The upstairs unit is to use front entrance only . No backyard access as that is strictly for down unit only
