Centrally located in the West Cliff area, this coastal home has ample space including a private backyard where you can relax and soak up the sun during the day or enjoy the serene sound of the sea lions or waves crashing in the distance at night. If laid back adventure is more your style, grab some toys and take a quick stroll to the beach to play, catch some waves, enjoy a game of spike ball or throw a frisbee. If you are more of the active type, explore the neighborhood trail for a hike or mountain bike ride to Wilder Ranch State Park’s amazing bluffs with spectacular views overlooking the ocean, take on the challenge of one of the many mountainside trails or take a tranquil tour to learn the history of the former diary ranch. If video arcades and amusement parks are more your style, you can walk less than 2 miles to enjoy the excitement and thrills of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. There is also a neighborhood park about 1/2 block away with basketball courts, ping pong tables, picnic tables and a children’s play area. Last but not least, you can traipse on over to the local eateries, gastropubs or wine tasting venues nearby to enjoy some local fare.
