Free WiFi, Cable TV with loads of channels, DVR, and Netflix. Sleeps a MAXIMUM of four: king bed and sky light for star gazing in master, two twin xl that can be converted to king in 2nd BR upon request. Enjoy the fabulous views and garden from the pine tree shaded deck or the intimate covered patio out back. A local craftsman, Dale White, did an amazing transformation, using beetle kill pine (blue stain) on the ceilings and built-ins. The home is only 750 square feet, but it feels much larger with the vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and various built-ins. The cabinets are quarter sawn oak, and the kitchen table base is from an old boiler. The bathroom vanity is made from ancient bristlecone pine, with a soapstone sink/counter. I feel like the cabin itself is art, and I love being in it. I hope you will too. Cabin is blocks from hiking trails, swimming pool, Green Mtn Falls lake, and restaurants. Green Mountain Falls is a quaint and quiet town. This cabin is a serene home base for touring the Air Force Academy, The Broadmoor, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and many more of the nearby sites.
