A well equipped spacious kitchen will make cooking meals a breeze. A dining room that is perfect for both family or candlelight dinners for two. Our cozy living room with lake views, is the perfect place to binge watch your favorite series, watch a game or cuddle up with a good book. Step out to the sunroom for the best sunrises over Black Lake, a wonderful place to sip a glass of wine and soak it all in after a great day. The table in the sunroom is ideal for puzzles or family game night. Off of the sunroom, you’ll find a deck with an eating area and a grill. A fire pit with adirondack chairs lakeside is lake life at its finest. Also on the first floor you will find a full laundry room, luxurious master bedroom with king bed and a large full bath with double vanity. Upstairs you’ll find a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full size bed, a half bath and a hangout space perfect for the kiddos (complete with futon, TV, DVD player and classic Nintendo games). Located minutes away from ATV/snowmobile trails and golf. Bringing your boat, message owner. Kayaks, lilypad, hammock, cornhole, badminton and paddleboards available for your use. We have recently added a lined pickleball court with a net, paddles and balls. Lake frontage is fairly shallow, clear and sandy bottom: perfect for kiddos. Look no further, this is it!
