Along the way there is a big outlet store mall for lots of great shopping. We have Ruidoso Downs and Casino and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort, run by the Apache tribe is just 2 hours away! We have Truth or Consequences which is the home of Elephant Butte Dam with lots of boating and fun water sports. This is only 1 hour away. We are on the border of Mexico. We are the proud Aggies of New Mexico State University and enjoy the beautiful Organ Mountains panoramic view.
