Located in Meridian Lake subdivision, on the edge of miles of wilderness. Only three miles each to the historic town of Crested Butte and to the Mt.Crested Butte ski area.
Rustic for sure, but in a spectacular setting…the views from this property are breathtaking…in the midst of single track riding, (the Upper Loop, Long Lake, the Lupine trail, 403, the Lower Loop, 401) and amazing 4-wheel drive roads (Paradise Divide, Schofield Park, the Slate River Road.) Bicycle all trails from the cabin. Please note, razors or side by sides and dirt bikes are not allowed on subdivision roads, nor are trailers allowed in the subdivision. Drones are forbidden in the subdivision.
Basically furnished, nice linens. Fireplace, grill. Grandpa built the Cabin so everyone could come and enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing. There are three queen bedrooms on the main floor, the master with an en suite bathroom, and a second full bath in the hallway. The loft sleeps six, in five single beds and one full, with an additional full bath.
