As you enter your quaint cottage, you can sit back and relax in the comfortable living room with ample seating for you and your guests. The room is enhanced by a vaulted ceiling, coveted Dade County pine, and French doors that lead out to the lush gardens. A wet bar area is complete with a beverage refrigerator, a bar sink, microwave and a coffee maker. Beyond the family room is a convenient first-floor full bath with a walk-in shower. Just outside this bath is an open staircase that provides access to the upstairs open loft bedroom. This sleeping area has a window and is complete with a queen bed, chair, lamps, and dresser storage. Towards the rear of the home is the sunny first floor primary ensuite bedroom with king bed, storage closet and French doors.
