2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set are included with the rental. You just go down and talk to the beach attendant (they are on the right as you come off the boardwalk) and tell them what unit number you’re staying in. They’ll assign you where your beach set up is daily (March 1 to October 31).
Beach towels and assorted toys are located in the condo’s laundry room.

2 parking passes are included in your stay and it is open parking, so pick any spot on the property. There is NO assigned parking. 1st come, 1st served. The parking passes are on the kitchen counter. You need to fill them out on your arrival and place it on your dashboard to be seen ASAP. All others will be towed at Owner’s Expense and we will not be held accountable. The building security monitors this closely!

Quiet hours must be respected between 9pm and 9am.
