– Dining area – Very large table, perfect for great meals & GAME NIGHTS! Sliding doors open to very large back deck area w/ outdoor seating, Gas BBQ, lounge chairs & new glass windbreak!

– NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces
– Please be conscientious w/water usage
– Outside Quiet Hours 9pm-9am
– NO Large Gatherings
