INDOOR LIVING: Open-concept living room/kitchen with pool and poker table (ping-pong table in the garage), Dining Room (seats 14), floor to ceiling windows w/ lake views, 4 flat-screen TVs (Roku sticks connected with YouTube TV as well as Netflix in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Palm Bedroom, and Honeymoon Suite), TV with X-box and 20 games in the Bunk Room, TV with Roku stick and DVD player in Lighthouse Bedroom. Lots of board games and puzzles in Palm room.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, 2 full-size refrigerators, both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pots, all cookware and dishes needed to cook and serve a meal.

• No pets allowed (inside house, garage, or screened-in porch) our property does not accommodate pets because our housekeeper has severe allergic reactions to dogs and cats.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Photo ID, guest list, and signed rental agreement must be sent before check-in

Security System
The property and neighborhood are safe areas. The neighbors are laid back and easy going. They all enjoy the lake life! We have found that some guests prefer a security system while traveling to an unfamiliar area, so one has been installed. There are video doorbells at each entry door that allow guests to feel safe and comfortable in a secure environment.
