The Space:
The former office is located in the vicinity of Munich’s main train station. On the 3rd floor located and on 120m² the converted and renovated 3-bedrroom apartment offers space for up to 14 people. The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. A Smart TV with Zatoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the furnishings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Two of the total 3 bedrooms are equipped with two 160×200 double beds. The third bedroom has a 160×200 double bed. The renovated bathroom has shower/WC. In addition, there is also a guest toilet. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the super location in the center of Munich but it could get loud on the streets.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is centrally located in downtown Munich, not far from the main train station. Most of the sights can be explored on foot from the apartment. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities in the area.
Please note: the apartment is located in a lively neighborhood and it could get a little noisy. Please consider this when planning your stay.

Getting Around:
Munich’s main train station is only 300 meters away from the apartment. All major subway and Sbahn lines depart from there.
