*2nd Bedroom – upstairs 1 king size bed; shares bathroom with
bedroom 3 & 4.
*3rd Bedroom – upstairs with a double bottom bunk, twin top bunk and a twin slide out bunk; shares bathroom with bedroom 2
*4th Bedroom/movie room – upstairs with a double sized futon made into bed upon request.
*1/2 Bathroom – downstairs next to entry way and living room.
*Office- downstairs near front door and half bath, this room has privacy shutters and has a queen size bed. Also included is a new leather sofa that can be made into a comfortable queen sized bed upon request. This room has the computer and printer.

** No large events or parties are allowed at this home. It is in a private residential community, and any events of this kind will be shut-down.
** No loud music outside after 10:00pm.
** Outside Security Cameras located at front of house & front door.
