Our 4 bed luxury villa is only 15 minutes drive from DisneyWorld, and 30 minutes from Universals theme parks. It is on a select gated community, Cumbrian Lakes, which has a children’s play area and lakeside walks. The villa’s south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, and hedges between us and our neighbours mean the pool deck has a secluded feel to it.
The garage has been converted into a games area, with a pool table, and air hockey and futball tables.
The property is maintained to a very high standard – in the last 5 years it has had new carpets, new white goods in the kitchen, the outside has been painted and the pool surface has been recoated.
