The “palazzo” was built around 1200.The apartment has been completely renovated but it has kept its old flavour and character. It has one living room full of light with armchairs, dining table ,a furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, french press and italian coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms with big beds and 2 complete bathrooms (one is attached to the bedroom and the other one just in front of the second bedroom) , a small balcony, AC in each room, central heating, free wi fi, . It’s located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift (which is very unusual in Florence).The decoration is a mix of antique, ethnic and modern pieces; art books.The floor and the ceilings are made of wood with delicate pastel colors. Linens and towels are furnished. I also provide basic amenities (coffee, teas, sugar, sicilian olive oil house made etc…)
You are right in the heart of Santa croce neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the main sightseeings. There is a grocery store close by and a street full of coffee shops and nice restaurants.
It is also very quiet . Good nights sleep is secured!
