The Guest House has two separate Apartments. On the 1st floor is one King Bedroom and one Queen Bedroom. The 2nd floor has one King room and an attached living room with a sleeper sofa. Both floors have full bathrooms and a kitchenette.
Outside is the large backyard with private pool (which if you want it heated it will be heated for you for FREE), *** gas grill – propane gas tank is not provided so check it as soon as you get there to see if you will need to exchange it if you are planning on grilling out, outdoor shower, and plenty of loungers. The Driveway accommodates at least 7 vehicles, or can easily house your Boat or RV.
