Lower floor: living room, dining room, single bedroom (0.9x2m bed), bathroom, kitchen. All the rooms on the lower floor overlook a large terrace with table for 8-10 people, 2 deck chairs). The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 60x90cm gas cooker with 5 burners and large electric oven.
