Blue tooth your favorite sounds to our vintage stereo system or call friends from our nostalgic land line, there’s a lot of fun finds here. Relax in your own fenced-in yard complete with hot tub, grill and gas fire pit. Centrally located to all of the front range fun. 10 minutes from downtown Denver, downtown Golden, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Host onsite for any needs and the location is ideal. Family, pet, and 420 friendly. Vaping inside is OK. 420 smoking allowed outside. 420 smoking inside ONLY if temps are below 32 degrees. Cigarettes ONLY allowed OUTSIDE, ashtrays are provided.

Our space: We have a 4 level home. Our family is on the top two levels. Your space is in a locked, private area with its own entrance on the bottom two levels. Your yard is fully fenced in and it’s about 600sq ft. You will enjoy a hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pit/dining table with 6 luxury chairs and 2 extra metal chairs to pull up, if needed. We love hearing the joyful noise of our guests enjoying themselves and you may hear some of our joyful noises, but we’ve never had issues with either. Many of our guests use our place for a central meeting spot to gather and we are yet to have any issues with sound. Just be sure to communicate and get approval for any guests who are visiting but are not indicated on your reservation to the hosts.

Main bedroom has a new king size memory foam mattress with all new bedding and pillows. Retro couch folds out into a single sleeper (would fit 2 kids). Dimmable and color changing light in the ceiling fan, full length mirror, and live stream TV. Music themed with a wall of speakers.

Second bedroom has an incredibly comfy queen bed with all new pillows and beddin. Oscilating fan, full length mirror, live stream TV and retro couch. A fun and colorful Banksy DJ Monkey, live moss, and vintage records grace this room.

Kitchenette includes sink, Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate pods, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, blender, hot plate with 2 basic pans for boiling or frying, large crockpot, Instapot upon request, flatware, dishes, paper plates, towels, and utensils. Individual serving condiments of coffee creamer, jelly, peanut butter, butter, ketchup, mayo and mustard are supplied. Snacks and spices also offered in the kitchenette.

Shared laundry free of charge, soap and softener supplied.

Keyless interior entry through the garage.

Elliptical, yoga mats, and free weights are available for guests to use in the garage/entry area. There is a rug for guest entry that works as a great workout space next to the elliptical. Space heater available in the winter time since the garage isn’t heated.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE ANY GATHERINGS IF MORE PEOPLE THAN LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE JOINING. We are fine with extra people gathering (not staying the night) as long as guests communicate how many are attending and understand they still need to leave the space clean and picked up. Please communicate upon booking to assure you can host the gathering you envision. IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE EXTRA GUESTS VISITING YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND AND OR YOU MAY BE CHARGED UP TO $250 FOR EXTRA CLEANING IF REQUIRED!

WE ARE A CONFETTI AND SPARKLE FREE ZONE! You will be charged up to $250 extra to clean up with sparkles and confetti if necessary. We know sparkles add to a concert, so we provide a sparkle and de sparkle zone in the garage.

We like to think we offer anything you might need. If we don’t have it, we can likely get it.
