Interior living room, connected to the kitchen; a TV set and a new sofa complete the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, water kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator.
An ample terrace, located at the same level, opens up from the kitchen, offering a full panoramic view on the Gulf of Naples. The terrace is provided with retractable. A short green stairway departing from the terrace leads to the main outdoor facilities. The apartment is completely enjoyable as a playground for children or as a solarium further enlarging the sea view on the sunset side.
In addition, a large pergola-covered garden surrounded by lemon trees is ideally exploited for outdoor meals, also thanks to a barbecue. A ground-level private parking is also available.
