Sonshines Florida Villa is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with its own private pool, in Kissimmee, Florida with all the home comforts to ensure a truly wonderful vacation. Within 12 minutes drive of Disney Main Gate ( a little longer to reach the actual parks once you’re on Disney property). Luxury, Style and Comfort, beautiful electric leather reclining lounge furniture – total relaxation after a busy day. Country Creek Estates is a beautiful, well maintained community. The property is fully equipped with all household appliances including Samsung Smart TVs for streaming with Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu TV to name just a few. The two main bedrooms also have their own flat screen TVs. Free Wifi, DVD, HiFi ADT monitored alarm system with external CCTV and a ‘Rain soft’ water treatment system which gives limitless pure water that is amazing on your skin. Plus there is a mini library of books left by previous guests so feel free to dip in.

POOL HEATING Is optional and is charged at cost per day. Currently £30 per day and will be charged separately. This may be required from October – March but is totally optional.
