This past February (2/23) we installed new tile for entryway, kitchen and fireplace hearth, as well as NEW CARPET AND TILE throughout condo. New blinds downstairs. Brand new fridge and range.
Downstairs provides living room, dining area and kitchen. There are three flat screen TVs…70″ smart tv in living room, 55″ in downstairs bedroom, and 42″ upstairs.

At the top of Majestic Pines Dr. and Kelly Rd. is shuttle stops to Eagle, Canyon, the Village and Main Lodge that runs every 20 minutes in Winter, free.

Garage (also #70) is just across the drive from unit, with lots of additional parking available both directly in front of condo (see Pics) as well as in front of Pool/Jacuzzi area and along Majestic Pines Dr.
