All the floors have been updated with tile and hardwood. The furnishings are all new and are Spanish style as well. There are mountain views from every direction. The house sits on 2 acres, right on the river. There is river access for kayaking and fishing. We have recently built a lower deck with stairs up to the house. A really great spot to relax or just sit with your fishing gear.
The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, eat lunch or sit in the hot tub and just relax!
