*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment.

Come and enjoy the vacation you’ve dreamed of! Our luxurious one bedroom one and a half bath unit located at Sundestin Beach Resort is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The main bedroom offers a king bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed, great for the kids. This unit comes complete with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony; dine while overlooking the Gulf. There are a TV and DVD player in each room. Come make memories at Sundestin.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
