● NO TRAILER parking allowed on property.

● Pool and direct beach access are OPEN.

● NO SMOKING/VAPING

● AC/HEAT: Our complex’s cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the weather.
● We are a no smoking unit, but we cannot control the other units and/or guests and what they choose to do.

● Ironing board available in unit.
