The 2,500 sq. feet, light filled space is divided into 2 floors:

Downstairs: You will find brand new, updated cook’s kitchen with a Sub Zero fridge, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks and a Wolf six burner range with griddle top. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining room opens out onto an expansive deck overlooking Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk and the ocean beyond. A moroccan tiled bathroom with soaking tub is located just off the kitchen where you can hang your beach towels and rinse your feet. The large, bright and open living space is perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The downstairs also features a library room filled with books, games and kid’s art supplies.

Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, small writing desk and large closet.

Bedroom #2 has a full size bed, with a full size bunk (only suitable for kids), a dresser and a large closet.
Bedroom #1 and #2 share a small bathroom with a designer tiled shower.

Bedroom #3 is the Master bedroom with queen bed, built in closet and ensuite bathroom and a private deck.

Bedroom #4 also has a queen bed, built-in closet, ensuite bathroom and outstanding view.

Only the main house is accessible to guests.

The house is situated on an acre of land on a quiet street. A nearby park leads to the beach and boardwalk—a 10-minute walk away. Stroll into Downtown Santa Cruz, and to shops, groceries, and pharmacies.

Walk, ride, surf, bike, swim or drive your way around Santa Cruz! There’s so much to see and do. Guest manual and local activity guides are provided on site.

The house is both Wifi and Sonos enabled. Please read guest manual for house use instructions.
