Enjoy the sun with mountain views on the front deck while enjoying the grill You’ll be in walking distance to the mountain resort and local restaurants and other venues. Additionally, there are several places to rent bicycles during the summer and skis in the winter. Many trails and ski runs are awaiting for your adventure. After a long day of skiing or hiking relax in our new hot tub and enjoy the private wooded setting. Hot tub hours end at 10pm each night. No exceptions.

Absolutely No parties. We live close by and consider this home to be a place to relax & enjoy the wonders of Girdwood. If you plan to party, please book another home.
Strict outdoor quiet hours: 10pm-8am. We live in a community of year round residents. Please treat our neighbors like you would treat your own. Plus we are one of your neighbors!
The number of guests you have booked is the number of guests who are allotted to stay in the home/enjoy the hot tub. Hot tub hours end at 10 PM each night. No exceptions.
There is NO smoking allowed inside the property or around the doors or porches. This includes vaping and any legal or illegal drugs.
