Main floor consists of Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living Room with gas fireplace, new furniture, and Roku 75″ TV. Sectional couch also has Queen Sleeper Sofa bed. There are 2 large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a King Bed, Closet, Dresser, and 50″ TV. The main floor full bathroom has walk in shower and dual sink vanity.
2nd floor is a large open area master bedroom suite with its own bathroom. The bedroom has a King Bed, Closet, Dresser, 55″ TV, and full size sleeper sofa. The bathroom includes a shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub. The 4th bedroom is attached to the master bedroom by a sliding door. The 4th bedroom is a smaller room with a bunk bed and a kids play table. There is also a dedicated office/workspace with docking station and dual monitors.
The basement includes a ping pong table, air hockey table, a couch (queen size sleeper sofa) and hangout area, wet bar, washer/dryer, and 2 large screen TV’s.
There is a large fenced back yard with a deck/patio area including a BBQ grill, patio furniture, and private Hot Tub.
