These rates are for an electronic payment or check, if paid thru VRBO or by credit card the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.

-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
– Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV’s.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.
-We provide the best vacation experience in a home that is completely equipped with every comfort in mind. There are six spacious bedrooms, two Ensuite, along with a game room and sunshine filled pool-spa. The pool area has a wall mounted smart TV and 2 ceiling fans to enhance your outdoor experience.
