As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street! This beautiful town house can sleep the whole family and friends!! Located right off 144th street surrounded by OC attractions. Just a couple streets away guests can get to the Fractured Prune, King Kone, Sushi cafe, and Old Pro Golf! Among many other restaurants, shops, and attractions!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
